How Taken
As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule before each meal. Do not exceed three (3) capsules per day.

Missed Dose

Do not take Tramaden if you are pregnant or before breast-feeding. Tramaden should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18. If you have a history of heart problems or high blood pressure, you must consult with your doctor before taking Tramaden.
